🔈 Urban Escape Operating Hours
* During the peak season, access is limited to one admission per stay (one admission for each one-night stay) to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
* All prices include 10% VAT.
* Child rates apply to children aged 49 months to 13 years.
* Operating hours are subject to change depending on weather conditions and hotel operations.

▪ Operation of the outdoor jacuzzis is subject to weather conditions on the day.
▪ Urban Escape is exclusively available to in-house guests whose room package includes Urban Escape access.
▪ Guests staying under packages without Urban Escape benefits are subject to an additional admission fee.
▪ Admission may be restricted when maximum capacity is reached for safety and guest comfort.
▪ Smoking is prohibited throughout Urban Escape.
▪ Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

▪ Please perform light stretching before entering the pool.
▪ Diving is prohibited.
▪ Sharp or breakable items, including metal, plastic, and glass objects, are not permitted.
▪ Please be cautious as pool floors may be slippery.
▪ Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
▪ Pregnant guests, seniors, and guests with physical or mental disabilities should exercise caution.
▪ Guests under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to enter the pool.
▪ Children under 130 cm in height must wear a life jacket.
▪ For guest safety, water guns, beach balls, inflatable tubes, and other water play equipment are not permitted. Life jackets and arm floaties are allowed.
▪ Guests must follow the instructions of the lifeguards. Failure to comply may result in removal from the facility.
▪ The hotel is not responsible for injuries or accidents caused by guests' negligence.

▪ Children under 36 months may enter only while wearing waterproof swim diapers.
▪ Proper swimwear made of swimwear material is required for hygiene and water quality management.
